1. Compensation & Income Disclosure Statement

In compliance with the Canadian Competition Act (Sections 55 and 55.1), Frozen Fly International Inc. provides the following average typical earnings statement:

  • Typical Performance: A typical participant in multi-level marketing, matrix networks, or affiliate progression structures in Canada earns between $0 and $1,000 CAD annually. A significant percentage of participants do not earn any commission.
  • No Income Guarantee: Earning representations, matrix position outcomes, and level advancement queues illustrated in our promotional materials represent potential outcomes only. They do not guarantee that you will receive identical payouts. Individual results vary based on effort, network size, marketing expertise, and progression queues.

2. Not a Financial Product or Passive Investment

Frozen Fly International is a membership matrix software progression platform.

  • No Guaranteed Returns: We do not offer bank accounts, savings portfolios, interest payouts, passive yields, or high-yield investment options. Membership activation payments are collected strictly for software services and membership benefits.
  • No Securities: The company does not issue or sell securities, digital investment bonds, or shares of stock. Our services do not constitute financial advice, and the platform is not subject to registration with securities regulators like the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC).

3. Operational & System Queue Risks

The matrix operates using mathematical queues and database configurations:

  • Queue Speed: Progression in the matrix depends on new member activations and upgrades. If membership enrollment or level upgrades slow down, the progression queue will slow down or stall. The company does not guarantee a specific progression timeline or level activation speed.
  • Platform Dependability: While we build robust database structures, technical outages, database latency, API interruptions, or network disruptions could occur. The company is not liable for payout calculation delays caused by external gateway processing issues or network downtime.

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

Because commission payouts and matrix queue placements are processed instantly and distributed directly to the corresponding upline members upon receipt, all E-Pin purchases, activation payments, and level upgrade fees are strictly non-refundable. You should only pay activation fees that you can comfortably afford to spend.

5. Compliance and Governing Law

This platform operates under the jurisdiction of the laws of the **Province of Ontario, Canada**. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation is in compliance with the local, state, provincial, and federal regulations of your own resident jurisdiction.
